Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch practiced on a limited basis on Friday. Lynch has been dealing with a back injury over the course of the week and is listed as questionable for the Seahawks week one game against the Cardinals. Following Friday’s workout head coach Pete Carroll stated, “He looks good, but it’s still day to day.” Lynch was able to make it through all of the work he was given, however, prior to making a choice the coaching staff wants to see how Lynch’s body responds the day after. The staff wants to make sure everything is all right and don’t want to risk further injuring their starting back. Lynch will be a game-time decision come Sunday for the Seahawks 4:25 kickoff. If Lynch is unable to go, the team will rely on rookie Robert Turbin. If Lynch plays the two backs may split carries to keep Lynch fresh and healthy, however, if Lynch is indeed out then Turbin may see around twenty carries.
